SERVICES / LOCAL SEO & GOOGLE BUSINESS PROFILE
Help customers connect the service they need with the business you’ve built. Start with accurate information, useful pages, and a local presence that reflects your real work.
Let’s talk about your business ↗LOCAL SEO / A CONNECTED PRESENCE
A clearer path from local search to your business.
01 / FIND THE GAPS
Review business details, primary and supporting categories, services, hours, photos, and website links. Recommendations depend on eligibility, access, and the profile’s current condition.
Explain what you do, where you work, and what customers need to know. Improve titles, headings, and links around useful, accurate content.
Check relevant directory listings for consistent contact and business details. Focus on places that matter to your business.
Identify indexing, broken-link, mobile usability, and other technical issues that can get in the way of discovery or inquiry.
Develop a straightforward way to ask real customers for honest feedback and support thoughtful responses. No purchased reviews or promises of five-star ratings.
Establish a starting point and review available search, profile, and inquiry data. Use the findings to decide what to improve next.
A PRACTICAL EXAMPLE / NOT A CLIENT RESULT
A remodeling business might have a good-looking homepage but little information about its services or service area. A useful first step could be improving its profile details, building a clear kitchen-remodeling page, and making estimate requests easier. The plan follows the gap we find.
02 / SETUP AND ONGOING WORK
Look at the website, profile, services, locations, and available tracking. Agree on an initial scope and the issues worth addressing first.
An ongoing scope may include new or improved content, profile updates, listing corrections, review-process support, and progress reviews. The proposal defines the work and reporting schedule.
03 / MEASURE WHAT MATTERS
Review relevant search impressions, clicks, and available profile activity.
Look at visits, form submissions, and call-related actions where tracking supports them.
Your feedback on service fit, location, and booked work adds context that website data alone cannot provide.
A click to call is not automatically a completed call or a qualified lead. We explain what each measurement actually represents.
BEFORE WE BEGIN
No. Local rankings depend on factors including relevance, distance, and prominence. We can improve the work within our control, but cannot guarantee a position or pay Google for a better organic local ranking.
Some corrections can be made quickly. Search visibility can take longer to change and depends on your starting point, competition, and Google’s systems. We agree on priorities and review progress without promising a fixed ranking deadline.
Yes. We review the existing site and its access before recommending changes. A rebuild is not automatically required.
Creating and managing an eligible Business Profile is free from Google. Reach48’s fees cover the agreed review, setup, optimization, or management work. Paid advertising is separate.
Where supported, you grant appropriate account access through the platform. Keep control of your business accounts; access requirements are discussed before work begins.
The initial work and any ongoing service are scoped separately in your proposal. We confirm deliverables, fees, and reporting before you commit.
