REACH48 / YOUR INFORMATION

Privacy Policy

How we handle information when you visit Reach48.com, contact us, or book a consultation.

Effective date: October 10, 2026

Who this policy covers

This policy describes Reach48’s handling of information through Reach48.com and inquiries made through the website. It does not replace the separate privacy policies of client websites, external platforms, or services linked from this site.

Information you provide

When you request a consultation, we receive your name, email address, optional phone number, optional business or website details, the service you select, and your message. We also receive information you choose to share by email, phone, WhatsApp, Facebook, Instagram, or through our Blinq digital business card. Depending on the channel and what you share, this may include your profile name, contact details, business information, and messages.

When you book through Calendly, booking details may include your contact information, appointment time, and answers to scheduling questions. Please do not include passwords, payment card details, or other sensitive information in our inquiry form.

How information is used

We use inquiry and booking information to respond to requests, discuss services, arrange appointments, and communicate about potential or ongoing projects. Website usage information helps us understand visits and improve the site. Technical information may also be processed to deliver the website, troubleshoot errors, and protect it from abuse.

Services that process information

  • FormSubmit: Our consultation form sends your entries to FormSubmit for delivery to Reach48’s email inbox. See FormSubmit’s privacy policy.
  • Google/Gmail: Inquiry emails are delivered to reach48marketing@gmail.com. See Google’s privacy policy.
  • Calendly: We use Calendly for scheduling. The embedded calendar loads when you open “Choose a time”; you can also visit Calendly directly. See Calendly’s privacy notice.
  • Google Analytics: The homepage includes Google Analytics to measure website use. See Google’s information about Analytics data.
  • WhatsApp, Facebook, Instagram, and Blinq: We use these services to communicate with people and exchange business contact details. Information you share through them is also processed under their respective privacy policies. Business calls and messages may be held on the phone Reach48 uses for business communications.
  • Website hosting: The site is hosted through OpenAI Sites. Hosting and delivery providers may process technical request information such as IP addresses, browser details, requested pages, and timestamps to operate and secure the site.

These providers process information according to their services and applicable terms. External links, including social media and portfolio links, take you to services with their own privacy practices.

Cookies and analytics

Google Analytics can use cookies and similar identifiers to measure visits and interactions, including pages viewed, referral sources, device and browser information, and approximate location. Our current homepage loads the Google Analytics tag when the page opens; this policy is not a cookie-consent control.

You can manage or delete cookies through your browser settings. Google also offers an Analytics opt-out browser add-on for supported browsers. These controls may not prevent every type of technical logging. Calendly may use its own cookies when its calendar or booking page is opened.

Fictional website demonstrations

Our Essential, Plus, and Pro remodeling demonstrations feature a fictional business. Their sample inquiry forms do not send inquiries to Reach48. The Pro demonstration can create a text brief locally for you to download; the brief is not submitted to us. If you follow a real Reach48 contact or Calendly link, the practices described above apply.

Your choices and privacy requests

You can choose not to submit optional fields or contact us by email instead of using the form. To ask about information you have provided, request a correction or deletion, or ask us to stop contacting you, email reach48marketing@gmail.com. Depending on your location and applicable law, additional privacy rights may be available. We may need information to verify a request before responding.

Retention and security

We review inactive inquiries quarterly. During those reviews, we delete inquiries with no ongoing business purpose after 12 months without meaningful contact. We may retain information longer when needed for an ongoing discussion, a client relationship, a dispute, or a legal obligation.

Necessary client, contract, and accounting records are kept separately for the periods required by the work and applicable legal requirements. Deletion requests are reviewed individually and cover records under our control, including relevant contact and messaging records. Service providers and message recipients may retain separate copies under their own policies or legal obligations.

No method of online transmission or storage is completely secure. Please share only information necessary for your inquiry.

Disclosure of information

Reach48 does not sell personal information.

Information is processed by the service providers described above to support our communications and website. We may also disclose information when required by law or reasonably necessary to protect rights, investigate abuse, or address security issues.

Where information is processed

Reach48 operates in the United States. The services we use may process information in the United States and other countries where they operate.

Changes and contact

We will update this page when the practices described here change and show the revised effective date. For privacy questions, contact reach48marketing@gmail.com or call 602-931-6694.
